Bertuzzu graced the event and talked on the modes of production of housing, basic utilities- water, electricity and gas provision - as well as infrastructures. It was followed by a book launch of Archipelagos. From Urbanisation to Translocalisation by Prof. N. Ravi Shankar, Chancellor, DIT University.
