As Dean of the School, I am extremely proud of DIT University’s rich tradition of IMAGINE, ASPIRE and ACHIEVE that our school has upheld since its inception through experiential-based humanities and management education. Located in the picturesque foothills of Mussoorie, SoLAM offers unique opportunities to students in terms of learning and career. We are committed to a learner-centric approach and design education pedagogy whereby students are encouraged to explore & discover; experiment & investigate; ask questions & think critically; and research and test ideas in collaboration with their peers and faculty members. Learning is through various independent or integrated modalities of lectures, labs, case-studies, seminars, workshops, group discussions, field work, and hands on training. We have state-of-the-art labs and research facilities like Analytics Lab, Psychology Lab and Multi-Media Language Lab.

SoLAM offers a range of interdisciplinary courses to expose young minds to holistic understanding of the world by cultivating inquisitiveness and curiosity. The school offers undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs in Management, Economics, English and Psychology. We have recently launched an exciting programme MBA FinTech in collaboration with National Stock Exchange (NSE) Academy Limited. This will educate students through practical instruction from industry professionals, real-world case studies, and projects using FinTech, such as Mobile Payment, Crowdfunding, InsurTech, Robo-Advisory, Block chain applications, and Cloud Computing, as well as beneficial connections with global FinTech industry leaders and entrepreneurs.
