Dr Usha Jyoti Gupta joined the Department of Humanities and Liberal Arts as an Assistant Professor in January 2024. Dr. Usha Jyoti Gupta received her Ph.D. in Psychology from Dev Sanskriti University Raiwala Dehradun, and an M.A. in Clinical Psychology and B.A. in Psychology, Yoga Indian Culture from DSVV. Dr. Usha Jyoti’s interests center upon Clinical psychology, counseling psychology, psychopathology, and Yogic Psychology, particularly nonlocality in positive psychology. She has received the Best Paper Award at DSVV for a paper presentation on Indian Psychology and participated in the Panchal Bharat Research Excellence Award organized by Goenka University. She has published more than 10 research articles in UGC CARE LISTED JOURNAL and peer-reviewed journals. She has also participated in many FDP, Orientation programs, conferences, seminars, and webinars.
