Dr. Reetika Sehgal is working as Assistant Professor (HR/OB) in the Department of Management Studies, DIT University, Dehradun, since January 2025. She holds a Ph.D. in Management from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi. Her research area includes Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Consumer Behavior, General Management and Public Administration. She has over 12 years of teaching experience at graduate and post-graduate levels. She has published several research papers in international and national journals. She has presented her research work at national and international conferences such as IIMs, IITs, NITs etc. She has gained various certification courses from National Program on Technology Enhanced Learning (NPTEL). She has been a reviewer for various national and international journals. She has been honored with the award “Academic Excellence” and “Nation Builder Award” for exemplary contribution towards the betterment of educational objectives.
