    Mr. Prashant Maurya joined the Department of Operation Theatre Technology (College of Healthcare Profession) as an Assistant Professor, at DIT University Dehradun, Uttarakhand on 14 June 2024. He has worked as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Paramedical Sciences, CIMS, and Research Centre Dehradun since 2022. He has 2 Years of experience in Academics and Clinical. He has Masters of Science Operation Theatre and Anaesthesia Technology, MM (DU), Mullana, Ambala, Haryana. His area of expertise is Anaesthesia Assistance and Critical Care. He mainly focused on Teaching the prevalence and use of various advanced methods and implementing those developed methods in Operation Theatre and Anaesthesia Technology (OT/AT).

    He has worked as an internal member in the BOS Meeting and Design of Model Curriculum of B.Sc. Operation Theatre Technology (BOTT) and B.Sc. Cardio Vascular Technology (BCVT) course. He's certified with a BLS / ACLS provider course (Affiliated with the American Heart Association). He has published research papers and worked in journals too. He has attended conferences, workshops, and hands-on training programs. He has worked in many workshops, organized in the department of OTT as well as the University's other side branches in the earlier stage of his career. He has been invited as an Evaluation Examiner and External Practical Examiner in colleges too.
