  Dr. Moattar Raza Rizvi is a distinguished academic leader and the current Dean of Research at Manav Rachna International Institute of Research & Studies. With over a decade of experience in higher education and research management, he excels in strategic planning, curriculum development, and accreditation compliance. Before his current role, Dr. Rizvi served as Dean of Allied Health Sciences, where he was responsible for leading departments such as Physiotherapy, Nutrition, and Dietetics, significantly enhancing their academic and operational frameworks. Under his leadership, the institution has seen remarkable growth in research capabilities, achieved through effective fundraising and strategic research initiatives. He has been instrumental in modernizing the research infrastructure and fostering a culture of interdisciplinary collaboration, markedly boosting the academic and research output of the institute. Dr. Rizvi is also known for his mentorship and has developed comprehensive programs that significantly enhance faculty research and teaching skills.
