Design Research, User ResearchMahima did her graduation in Bachelor of Technology (Electronics & Communication) from Uttarakhand Technical University, Dehradun. After which she has an industry work experience of 3.5 years, that gave her a unique perspective on project management, team collaboration, and stakeholder communication, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, client handling, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Further, she did her Post Graduation in Master of Design, specializing in Experience Design from the National Institute of Fashion Technology, Gandhinagar. While pursuing her degree she has honed many skills in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design. She is proficient in using design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), InVision, Canva, MS Office, etc. She has a deep understanding of design concepts and tools, such as Design Thinking, Design Research, Creative thinking, etc.
As a UX Faculty member, her primary goal is to inspire and educate students, equipping them with the skills and mindset necessary to excel in the field of user experience. She is passionate about fostering a creative and collaborative learning environment, where students can explore innovative design solutions, refine their problem-solving abilities, and cultivate their critical thinking skills.
