Brief Profile
Mahesh Pal Singh joined the Department of Electrical Engineering as an Assistant Professor in September 9, 2024. He received his PhD in Electrical Engineering under the supervision of Prof. Nidul Sinha from NIT Silchar, Assam. His interests centre upon Power system security assessment, Machine Learning application in power system, Renewable energy source modelling, Load scenario forecasting. Before joining DIT, he worked as an assistant Professor at DAVIET, Daltonganj Jharkhand for 3 years after receiving M.E in High Volatge and Power Systems. His SCI papers have been published in the Springer and Taylor Francis.
