Brief Profile
Deepshikha Singh joined the Department of Electrical, Electronics, and Communication Engineering, SoET, DIT University, in December 2024. She received the B.Tech. degree in electronics and communication engineering from SCRIET, Meerut, and the M.Tech. degree in communication systems from Graphic Era University, Dehradun. She received her PhD degree from IIT Indore in 2024, where the topic of her research was statistical modelling and analysis of aerial platform-based free space optical communication systems. She worked as a project fellow at IIT Indore in 2020. Prior to that, she worked as a Trainer at AMSL, Dehradun. She also worked as an Assistant Professor at DBIT, Dehradun. She received a travel grant from the Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB) International Travel Scheme (ITS) in 2023. She has published papers in peer reviewed journals and conferences of international repute.
Her research interests include the performance analysis of wireless digital communication systems over generalized fading models, intelligent-reflecting-surfaces (IRS) aided wireless communications, and space-air-ground integrated networks, and beyond 5G and 6G wireless systems.
