Dr. Charu Sharma joined the DIT College of Healthcare Professions as an Officiating Principal and Assistant Professor-2 in July 2023. She earned her Master's Degree in Physiotherapy with a focus on Neurology from H.N.B. Garhwal University and specializes in Neurological Rehabilitation and Mulligan Manual Therapy.
Dr. Charu's professional interests include Neurological Rehabilitation, spinal cord injury, post-stroke rehabilitation, neonatal rehabilitation, and advanced treatment techniques. Her expertise is backed by over 16 years of experience in clinical practice, academics, and research.
Notably, Dr. Charu was awarded the Best Academician (Aryabhatt of Physios) by the IAP Women Cell in 2020 and has served as the State Coordinator for the IAP Women Cell. She is also certified in several advanced techniques, including NDT and Mulligan, further enhancing her comprehensive skill set.
