I joined DIT College of Nursing as an Assistant Professor on 14 May 2024. I hold an MSc in Child Health Nursing from RGUHS, Karnataka, completed in 2018, and was awarded a PhD in Nursing from Malwamchal University, Indore, MP, in 2024. With a robust teaching experience of 8.6 years, I have previously served as an Assistant Professor at Al Kareem College of Nursing and Banasthali Vidyapith University, Tonk, Rajasthan. Throughout my career, I have taken on numerous roles and responsibilities beyond teaching. I have been an active member of the Board of Studies, Examination Committee, Discipline In-Charge, Admission Committee, Sports Committee, Curriculum Committee, and the Flying Squad Committee.
Additionally, I am working as a QCI inspector, conducting inspections of nursing colleges in various parts of India. Moreover, I have worked as a consultant for obtaining NABH accreditation for hospitals and healthcare organizations.
