• Brief Profile

  I joined DIT College of Nursing as an Assistant Professor on 14 May 2024. I hold an MSc in Child Health Nursing from RGUHS, Karnataka, completed in 2018, and was awarded a PhD in Nursing from Malwamchal University, Indore, MP, in 2024. With a robust teaching experience of 8.6 years, I have previously served as an Assistant Professor at Al Kareem College of Nursing and Banasthali Vidyapith University, Tonk, Rajasthan.

  Throughout my career, I have taken on numerous roles and responsibilities beyond teaching. I have been an active member of the Board of Studies, Examination Committee, Discipline In-Charge, Admission Committee, Sports Committee, Curriculum Committee, and the Flying Squad Committee.

  Additionally, I am working as a QCI inspector, conducting inspections of nursing colleges in various parts of India. Moreover, I have worked as a consultant for obtaining NABH accreditation for hospitals and healthcare organizations.

  My professional journey reflects my dedication to academic excellence and student development. I have played a key role in shaping nursing curricula and fostering an environment conducive to learning and growth. My commitment to my profession is evident in my continuous efforts to contribute to various administrative and academic committees.

  To further my academic growth, I have attended numerous seminars and webinars and participated in various research projects, publishing articles in Scopus journals. This engagement with ongoing professional development ensures I remain at the forefront of advancements in nursing education and practice.

    I have been recognized for your valuable participation in the TNAI Survey on "Assessment of Occupational Safety Issues of Nurses Concerning Bio-medical Waste Management Practices in the country's healthcare sector.

    Participated in a National Webinar on Awareness About world Health Day, Theme : My Health My Right Collaborated NTAI Uttar Pradesh State Branch Lucknow Zone with Era college of Nursing , Era University , Sarfarazganj, Lucknow on Dated 09.04.2024 Time 04pm to 05 pm.

    Participated in a five days faculty development program ( FDP) from 11th June to 15th June 2024 on the theme “ AI- Emerging Trends In Teaching , Health Care And Clinical Practice Organized By Faculty Of Nursing ,Rama University Kanpur U.P.

    Participated in “A National Conference On Advancement In Nursing An Exploration Of Forensic Nursing” on 23&24th September 2023 organized by school of nursing science ITM university Gwalior M.P

    participated in National e-workshop held on 11th May 2023 on Knowledge and Skill Capacity Building among Authors against Predatory Journals.
