Policy for granting Conditional Admission Offer in various courses

Duration and eligibility criteria for Conditional Admission -2025

Under Graduate Courses

BA /BA(Hons.) 3+1 Min 50% marks in X standard for students appearing in XII standard in 2025.
B.Design(User Experience)/B.Design(Interior Design)/B.Design(Visual Graphics and Animation)/B.Design(Product design) 4 Min 50% marks in X standard for students appearing in XII standard in 2025. Or At least 50% marks till prefinal semester of AICTE approved
three year full time diploma after class 10th offered by Board of Technical Education of any state in India or UTs or from UGC recognized Universities
BSc./BSc(Hons.)-Physics/Chemistry/Maths/Statistics 3+1 Min 50% marks in X standard for students appearing in XII standard with PCM/PCB(respective) in 2025.
B.Sc/BSc(Hons) CS - with specialization in Data Science 3+1 Min 55% marks in X standard for students appearing in XII standard with Mathematics in 2025.
BCA 3 Min 50% marks in X standard for students appearing in XII standard in 2025.
B.Architecture 5 Min 50% marks in X standard. Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects in XII th along with either Chemistry or Biology or Technical
Vocational subject or Computer Science or IT or Informatic Practice or Engg graphics or Business Studies. OR minimum 45% aggregate marks till
prefinal semester of diploma examination. With Valid NATA Score card.(As per Council of Architecture Guidelines)
B.Tech (CE/EE/ECE/ME/PE/RAI) 4 Min 60% marks in X Standard for students appearing in XII standard with PCM in 2025.
B.Tech (IT) 4 Min 55% marks in X standard for students appearing in XII standard with PME-Chemistry/Computer Science/Electronics/Information
Technology/Biology/Informatic Practice/Biotechnology/Technical Vocational subject/Engineering Graphics/Business studies/Entrepreneurship
B.Tech (CSE) 4 Min 60% marks in X standard for students appearing in XII standard with PME-Chemistry/Computer Science/Electronics/Information
Technology/Biology/Informatic Practice/Biotechnology/Technical Vocational subject/Engineering Graphics/Business studies/Entrepreneurship
B.Pharmacy 4 Min 50% marks in X standard for students appearing in XII standard in Science with PCM/ PCB and English as compulsory subject.
B.Pharmacy (Lateral Entry) 3 Pass in D. Pharm. course from an institution approved by the Pharmacy Council of India under section 12 of the Pharmacy Act.
B.Tech (Lateral Entry) 3 Min 50% aggregate till pre final semester of Diploma / B.Sc.
BPT ( Bachelor of Physiotherapy) 4 Min 50% marks in X standard for students appearing in XII standard in Science with PCB and English as compulsory subject.
BSc Nursing* 4 Min 50% marks in X standard for students appearing in XII standard in Science with PCB and English as compulsory subject.
BSc Medical Laboratory Technology 3+1 year compulsory internship Min 50% marks in X standard for students appearing in XII standard in Science with PCB and English as compulsory subject.
BSc Medical Technology(Operation Theatre) 3+1 year compulsory internship Min 50% marks in X standard for students appearing in XII standard in Science with PCB and English as compulsory subject.
BSc Optometry 3+1 year compulsory internship Min 50% marks in X standard for students appearing in XII standard in Science with PCB and English as compulsory subject.

Post Graduate Courses

COURSE DURATION(IN YEARS) ELIGIBILITY FOR CONDITIONAL ADMISSION OFFER
M.DESIGN/MSC/MA 2 Minimum 50% aggregate till pre final semester of Graduation (respective stream).
MBA 2 Minimum 50% aggregate till pre-final semester of Graduation(All stream).GD-PI is mandatory before final confirmation of admission.
M.TECH- CE 2 Minimum 50% aggregate till pre final semester of BTECH/BE in respective discipline.
M.TECH-CSE* 2 Minimum 60% aggregate till pre final semester of BTECH/BE in respective discipline. For MTech CSE- passing entrance exam/interview mandatory
MCA 2 Minimum 50% aggregate till pre final semester of BCA or B.Sc IT or graduation with Maths at 10+2 level
M.Sc 2 Minimum 50% aggregate till pre final semester of B.Sc/B.Tech.
M.Pharmacy 2 Students studying in the 8th Semester of B. Pharmacy in any Indian University/ Affiliated Institution. Preference is to be given to those who are
having no back papers

For M.Tech CSE and BSc Nursing entrance examination will conducted by DIT University as per the schedule date.

Note: The candidates are presently pursuing their respective program/study and on the active rolls of the institutions and eligible to appear in the final examination during the year 2025 before cut off date

1) The process for conditional offer for admissions is as below:

Step 1:Apply Online at www.dituniversity.edu.in

Step 2: Pay Registration Fee of INR 1500 (Non Refundable)

Step 3: All the valid documents to be uploaded on the student dashboard in Merrito portal

Step 4: If Conditional offer is approved the candidate shall deposit Admission Fee of INR 10000(Rs ten thousand only) through net banking/credit card/debit card on the student portal(merrito)

Step 5: Issuance of Conditional Offer Letter on the student portal-Merrito

2) The refund policy for conditional offer for admissions is as below:

  • INR 1000 shall be deducted against admission/counseling fee if applicant did not meet the prescribed eligibility criteria or wishes to withdraw admission on/before 30th May 2025.
  • Last date to withdraw Conditional Offer is 30th May 2025.
  • No refund shall be processed after 30th May 2025.
  • The above policy will be valid for the academic year 2025-26 only.
  • The above-mentioned eligibility is applicable only for those students who are appearing in 12th class/diploma/graduation examination in the year 2025 and the students who have already passed out with valid mark sheet.
